Adarsh is a seasoned industry veteran renowned for his profound knowledge in retail finance, corporate lending, insurance, business processes and operations. Throughout his illustrious career, he has consistently demonstrated an exceptional ability to engineer and direct corporate governance, risk management best practices and successfully scaled businesses across multiple geographies while managing diverse workforces and complexities.

Adarsh’s unwavering passion lies in leveraging digital technologies, robust processes and continuous transformation to foster business growth. Adarsh held Managing Director/ C-suite roles in We Win Ltd, Tata Group, Bajaj Finance, Citigroup & General Motors Group. He holds a graduate degree in Economics from Delhi University and an MBA from Fore School of Management, Delhi. He has continuously upgraded his skills through Executive Education from Harvard Business School, Wharton School, Ohio University, IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore, XLRI Jamshedpur & ISB Hyderabad.

Prior to cofounding Flamingo Infinite, Jawahar held senior leadership roles as CFO of Tata Motors Limited Distribution Company and Tata Group Concorde Motors. He is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and a Cost Accountant (ICWA) and pursued Executive Education from Tata Management Training Center & University of Massachusetts.

Jawahar’s expertise is in financial management, strategic planning, budgeting & forecasting, treasury management, audit & internal controls, process automation & optimisation, taxation, ERP implementation and technology integration. At Flamingo Infinite, Jawahar wears the strategic hat to manage & drive finance, accounts, fund raising, treasury, M&A, joint venture initiatives, compliance and investor relations on a global scale.

Prior to cofounding Flamingo Infinite, Sanjay was Chief Executive Officer of Tata Motors Thailand and held senior leadership roles with Tata Motors group. Sanjay holds a bachelor's degree in electrical & electronics engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, Ranchi and an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur, along with Fulbright Fellowship from Carnegie Mellon University USA and Executive Education Programs from Kellogg School of Management USA, Tepper School of Management USA and Tata Management Training Center.

Sanjay’s expertise is in business strategy, international business, sales, marketing, distribution, factory operations, greenfield projects and commercial operations. Sanjay spearheads the Flamingo Infinite’s international business initiatives, overseeing the expansion of call center, processing center and payroll management operations.
